We want you to be happy with your Thaw hand warmer. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
30-day free returns
- You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
- Return postage is free. We'll send you a prepaid return label or cover the cost of return postage.
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email us at idunusm@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as we'll tell you where to send them.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your hand warmer arrives damaged, stops working or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo or short description of the problem. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Your legal right to cancel (UK & EU)
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window includes and extends this right.
